Meet Our Team and Recruitment Policy
KEDGE BS 🌍 Committed to Diversity and Inclusion
-
In 2021, KEDGE BS launched KEDGE IMPAKT, aimed at strengthening our societal impact by ensuring that our diversity and inclusion strategy and actions are both effective and recognized. For example, in March 2021, we signed a collective agreement to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities and support our teams in their integration.
Recruitment Process
Application Review
We carefully review all applications and provide feedback, explaining whether the profile has been selected or not.
Initial Phone Interview with HR
If your profile is shortlisted, we schedule a first phone call to discuss the role and employment conditions together.
Remote or On-Campus Interview with HR and Manager
This is the final stage of the process. The interview lasts about one hour, during which we assess your skills, interpersonal qualities, and career project.
Feedback on Your Application
We always provide feedback, positive or negative, on your application and the different stages of the recruitment process.
