KEDGE BS 🌍 Committed to Diversity and Inclusion

  • In 2021, KEDGE BS launched KEDGE IMPAKT, aimed at strengthening our societal impact by ensuring that our diversity and inclusion strategy and actions are both effective and recognized. For example, in March 2021, we signed a collective agreement to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities and support our teams in their integration.

Benefits & Quality of Work Life

  • Admin Functions

Non-managerial staff work 38 hours per week, with compensatory time off (20 RTT days per year).
Managerial staff enjoy significant autonomy in organizing their work time. Their annual work package is set at 207 working days per year, with 17 additional rest days.

    Faculty
The reference working time is 1,519 hours per year, including the solidarity day. The workload for teaching staff is evaluated over the academic year (July 1 – June 30) as follows:

    • Teaching time

    • Research time

    • Participation in institutional activities

Faculty members also benefit from 15 days off per calendar year for a full-time position.

    Annual Leave Entitlement

    • Support staff: 2.5 days per month, totaling 30 working days per year

    • Faculty: 2.92 days per month, totaling 35 working days per year

  • In 2023, we negotiated an agreement allowing support staff to work remotely two fixed days per week, following the successful completion of their probationary period and with manager approval.

  • Meal Vouchers
All employees receive €10 per full working day, with KEDGE covering 60% of the cost, credited to a card.

    Transport Allowance
To partially cover commuting costs, employees receive €3.23 per day (or half-day) worked.

    Remote Work Allowance
Employees receive €10 per month for one day of remote work per week, increasing to €20 per month for two remote days per week.

    Health & Insurance Coverage
Employees benefit from comprehensive health insurance and social protection coverage.

  • As a member of KEDGE BS, you can enjoy:

    • Libraries and media services (VOD in partnership with Arte, podcasts via Majelan)

    • Sports facilities

    • On-campus dining

    • Parking and more

You will also experience the key moments of the academic year: student elections, open days, admission panels, exams, and graduation ceremonies.

  • Staff mobility is a cornerstone of KEDGE’s HR policy. Through our Mobility Charter, we support employees in their career development. All permanent contract (CDI) positions are shared across the Group, and staff can apply after one year in their current role.

  • In line with our promise to the KEDGE community, "Your skills will always be up to date," our annual training budget is 2 to 4 times higher than the legal requirement.
Our Skills Development Plan includes training and development initiatives:

    • Proposed by KEDGE as part of HR policy

    • Adapted to your role

    • Tailored to your individual development needs

Employees may be required to complete certain training sessions. You can also submit requests aligned with your career plan, initiated during Appraisal & Progress Reviews or Professional Interviews, which will be assessed by management and HR.
